Arc Learning Design

Design

From enterprise leadership programs to business simulations and focused workshops, Arc designs learning experiences grounded in research, shaped by context, and built for real-world application.

Design for Development

The following principles guide how we design experiences that lead to real change.

Every design starts with a clear understanding of your context, culture, and goals. Through conversations, data, and stakeholder input, we identify what’s getting in the way and where focused development will make the biggest difference.

Programs are designed to reflect the realities of your business and the outcomes you’re working toward—whether that’s building leadership capability, strengthening culture, or developing specific skills.

We design interactive, experiential moments that require participants to think, decide, and act. This moves learning beyond theory and into insight, practice, and real behavior change.

Experiences are built to translate directly into day-to-day work. What happens in the session carries into how people lead, communicate, and make decisions.

Designs can be delivered in-person, virtually, or through a blended approach. We create cohesive experiences across multiple touchpoints when needed.

We design with the learner in mind, incorporating diverse perspectives, accessibility, and space for reflection, dialogue, and different ways of engaging.

We build in feedback and evaluation throughout, so each experience can be refined and aligned to the outcomes that matter most.

Immersive Simulations

Arc designs immersive simulations that fully engage participants from beginning to end, creating the conditions for insight, practice, and meaningful change.

These experiences are designed as open systems, where learning emerges through experience, not instruction.

Real insight comes from consequence.

01

REAL-WORLD COMPLEXITY

Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, stakeholder tension, evolving conditions, and the kinds of challenges people rarely get to practice before facing them in the real world.

02

SAFE EXPERIMENTATION

Test decisions, approaches, communication strategies, and leadership behaviors in a dynamic but low-risk environment where participants can experiment, adapt, and learn through consequence.

03

FACILITATOR-LED

Skilled facilitation and guided reflection help participants surface blind spots, identify patterns, challenge assumptions, and turn experience into actionable insight.

04

APPLIED LEARNING

Learning is reinforced through real-time application, decision-making, and consequence — helping participants connect insights directly back to day-to-day work.

05

INTEGRATED CONTENT

Supplementary learning content, tools, frameworks, and targeted concepts can be embedded throughout the experience to reinforce key behaviors and deepen learning in context.

06

ADAPTABLE DESIGN

Custom-built simulations designed to support a wide range of capabilities, learning goals, and organizational contexts — delivered as standalone experiences or seamlessly integrated into broader learning journeys.
